Zachary is a freshman at Valley Southwoods in West Des Moines.

meet of the season in Indianola at Simpson College. Zac ran 5:12 his best yet.
On April 14, 2008 Zac ran a 4:58 1600 at Waukee as a freshman. His first sub 5:00 1600 meter.

Zach and the Valley Freshman team won the Fresh/Soph cross country race (3.1 miles)
at Ankeny this fall (2007).
Coach T moved Zac up to run varsity for the last four meets of the season
including conference, districts and the state meet. Zac ran a 17:41 at state.

Zachary made this years West Des Moines All-Star team for the third year in a row.

Last summer Zach ran 325 miles to get ready for the season.
Zach at the starting line of the ADM cross country meet.
He finished 3rd and ran the 2 mile course in 13:04.

In Seventh Grade Zach was in the play called "Oliver Twist."
He has ran 5-6 miles every day this summer with the exceptions of Sundays.
